Insert the smaller 2.5 mm plug on the audio cable into the jack on the left earcup

Find the markings inside the earcups that indicate L for left and R for right ear, and place on head according to markings to ensure proper fit and performance

Use the slider to adjust the height

Rest the headband on top of your head to hold it in place

Conform the ear cushions snugly and comfortably around your ears with your ears completely inside the cushions to create an effective seal

Insert the other end of the audio cable securely into the audio output jack of the selected audio device
