Wearing your headphones

Find the L and R markings on the headband just above each earcup. They indicate the proper position (L for left ear, R for right) to ensure a good fit and performance

Conform the ear cushions comfortably around your ears with your ears completely inside the cushions to create an effective seal

Remove any jewellery or ear wear that affects the comfort and fit of the headset
