Cannot store radio station presets
If you have difficulty saving an FM, AM or DAB (where available) radio station preset to your system, try the following:
Determine if power to the radio was lost recently.
If power to the radio is disrupted before it has been manually turned off, any presets set after the radio was turned on will be lost. To ensure presets are stored, turn the radio off using its power button after they have been set.
Be sure presets have been stored properly.
For instructions on programming radio presets, see Programming radio station presets.
Be sure the remote control sensor on your product is not in direct light.
If the remote sensor on your product is in a very bright area (i.e. in excessive sunlight or lighting, nearby a bright TV or laptop screen, etc.), the light interference could affect the ability of your product to detect the IR light commands from your remote control. If there is excessive light on your product, try reducing it.
Reset your product.
Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more info, see Resetting your product.
Your product may need service.
If the steps provided do not resolve your issue, your product may need service. Follow the link below for more information on how to service your product. Depending on your product and region, you will be provided a contact number or the ability to setup service online.
