Computer does not detect a Bose product connected via USB

If you connect your product to a USB jack on your laptop or computer but the computer does not recognize the connection or the device, try the following:

Does the computer show a message stating the device is not recognized?

Yes, the computer displays an error message when the product is connected

No, no message is displayed on the computer when the product is connected
