Managing Communication Preferences in the Bose app

Find out how to select or unsubscribe from communications you receive from Bose, like emails and app notifications.

Change your communication preferences with Bose.

  1. Open the Bose Connect app and tap the My Account icon icon in the upper-left
  2. Tap Communication Preferences
    • Turn on or off Allow Push Notifications to allow or stop app notifications on your mobile device
    • Tap Manage Preferences to adjust additional preferences (i.e. emails from Bose) in your web browser
      Tip: You will prompted to enter your account email. A temporary passcode will then be sent to that email and you will have 60 seconds to enter the passcode to continue
